Show & Tell
Schipper Design is now Waltz Creative
Changing your company’s name and brand identity takes courage and a little hand-holding. Name changes can signal a new direction and should reflect the soul of the organization, but they also require great care to transfer brand equity and bring brand champions along the way. For Schipper Design, the decision to change the name and rebrand was purposeful and well planned.
Start by getting S.M.A.R.T. with your goals.
“New year, new me” we proclaim every January. We make promises to eat healthier, exercise more, or finally begin that hobby we’ve been putting off. But statistics show that of the 45 percent of Americans who make New Year’s resolutions, only 8 percent achieve them. It’s time to make some realistic resolutions for 2021 so that you’ll feel empowered when you succeed instead of deflated when intentions fall through.
How to concept, direct and produce in a COVID-19 World.
With many people glued to their screens day in and day out, video content is king. Platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok enable anyone to broadcast to the masses. Virtual tools have enabled Schipper Design to produce and direct video and photography from afar.
Putting the finish line in reach for a local nonprofit.
Quality branding and marketing are often out of reach for small nonprofits. The Creatives for Community design grant program allows us to help nonprofits with design needs they may not otherwise be able to achieve and is something the entire Schipper Design team looks forward to each year.
What can we say? Girl power!
This summer, Schipper Design celebrates receiving the highly regarded Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and is a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs.
We’ll miss you Kathy!
Today we celebrate Kathy Schipper’s retirement from Schipper Design. Words cannot express the gratitude we at Schipper Design have for the time we’ve shared with Kathy as our mentor, advisor, and friend. Her passion for art, design and people will leave a lasting impression on all of us.
