Schipper’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic

We are all in this together to stop the spread of COVID-19. It seems every corner of our globe is affected. On behalf of the leadership team at Schipper Design, we are making a conscious effort to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, as well as our availability to clients’ needs during this time.

Use mindfulness to cope and connect.

During times of crisis, we all react differently. Some fight, or rather swoop into action. Others freeze or flee, overwhelmed and afraid of how to respond. If you can roll with the punches, your brand and business can survive.

Third annual grant program empowers community through design

The Creatives for Community grant program, also known as C4C, is one way we contribute to our local communities by doing what we do best – design. Brainchild of Kathy Schipper, the program stemmed from years of collaboration with nonprofits and her firm belief that nonprofits are an essential part of a healthy community and should have marketing materials that equal their for-profit counterparts.

Bright pops of color allow the flowers to steal the show.

This year at Syngenta Flowers’ California Spring Trials (CAST) event, we kept true to the Syngenta brand, allowing the flowers themselves to be the focal point of each display. Colorful flower stencils on white; sheer fabric with vibrant flowers beneath; white pillars holding neutral-tinted pots. Oh, and a little rock n’ roll.

This local community hospital is “Inspiring healthy lives.”

In 2017, Natividad Medical Center, a Schipper Design client for over 10 years, began a brand process which included creating a new look and feel, brand materials and two new websites – in English and Spanish – as well as a new Intranet site.
