Schipper Wins 4 Awards for Digital Work
We’re digging on some digital acclaim!
Schipper Design is proud to announce that four digital projects have won praise from two industry competitions, the American Advertising Awards and publication Graphic Design USA.
“We’re thrilled to have a wide variety of projects recognized by our industry peers for their creative excellence! It shows our range of digital capabilities and depth of talent,” said Zack Shubkagel Rovella, creative director.
The Bulleit Group Website received a Silver Addy from the Silicon Valley American Advertising Awards competition. We were challenged with presenting PR firm, The Bulleit Group, in a new way to attract disruptive Silicon Valley tech firms with the mantra “We tell stories about sci-fi become reality.” We drew inspiration from sci-fi novel cover artwork in the ‘60s and patent drawings to illustrate their story in a delightful interface. The creative team included Cheryl Lovejoy, art director; Zack Shubkagel Rovella, creative director; Emily Deleissegues, account manager; and developer Chee Studios.
Graphic Design USA hosted the 2020 American Web Design Awards™ for which Schipper won three awards. This annual competition celebrates the best in design for websites, apps, social media, advertising + promotion, video, animation, and UX + UI.
The MedTech Women website was recognized in the website and microsite category. This organization highlights female leadership in the medical technology industry. The creative team included Diane McGirr, art director; Kathy Schipper, creative director; Emily Deleissegues, account manager; Sprig Consulting as a strategic partner, and Chee Studios for WordPress development.
The newly digitized The 49ers EDU Playbook was honored in digital publications. Schipper helped develop the printed playbook which is an integral part of school field trips to the San Francisco 49ers Museum. However, with school cancellations and shelter-in-place orders, field trips were no longer an option. The 49ers sought a quick online solution that teachers and parents can use. Tapping into all the interactive capabilities Adobe InDesign® has to offer, we reassembled the book with animations to activate pages, crosslinks, and buttons to get students to interact with questions and activities, including a crossword puzzle. The creative team included Cheryl Lovejoy, art director; Zack Shubkagel Rovella, creative director; and Emily Deleissegues, account manager.
The Clearpoint Neuro NASDAQ marquee video was recognized in the video/animation category. In collaboration with Sprig Consulting, we produced this video which was broadcast at the NASDAQ headquarters in Times Square the day Clearpoint launched on the exchange. The creative team included Cheryl Lovejoy, art director; Zack Shubkagel Rovella, creative director; and Emily Deleissegues, account manager.
