Megan Sandoval

Project Manager

“No two days look the same here and I love it that way. I get to keep great work moving, support a team I genuinely believe in and know that what we’re doing actually matters.”

What is your role at Waltz?

As project manager, I support the client services team, oversee our internal Creatives for Community nonprofit program and keep things moving as the team and clients need. Every day looks a little different and that’s exactly how I like it!

Tell us about your history and experience.

I got my start supporting the brewing and marketing efforts of a woman-built ginger beer company, then moved into coordinating events at a Silicon Valley brewery, managing everything from corporate gatherings and birthday parties to wedding receptions. Working across such different environments gave me a well-rounded foundation in client communication and marketing that I didn’t fully appreciate until I found my way into agency life. From there, I helped support branded events and design projects for some heavy-hitting Bay Area corporations, which led me to Waltz!

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Seeing the world! I love to travel and try all kinds of food. When I’m home, it’s my family, good friends and my dogs. Most weekends, you will find my husband and me Vespa scootin’ up and down the Central Coast.

What do you like about working at Waltz Creative?

The culture and the people! There’s a real authenticity in how the team supports each other and cares for our clients. That combination of heart and expertise is what makes the work here truly stand out. Plus, the variety of creative projects spanning so many industries means there is always something new to learn.
