Nicole Arduini
Account Manager
“The Waltz team is great and it’s a very collaborative company. I love being surrounded by creatives and people who are passionate about what they do.”
What is your role at Waltz?
As a creative person, working as an account manager at a creative agency is exciting! I get to use the creative side of my brain and collaborate with the design studio while also utilizing my customer service skills to communicate with clients.
Tell us about your history and experience.
Working as an independent contractor for Herff Jones Yearbooks for 15 years not only taught me how to be an effective communicator and be incredibly organized, but it gave me the tools to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Prior to joining the Waltz Team in March 2022, I taught graphic design and managed the school yearbook and magazine for a private Catholic school in Colorado. It was incredibly rewarding to see my students grow and improve their skills throughout the semester. Teamwork has always been important to me and working at Waltz gives me the opportunity to collaborate with a multitude of people every single day.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I enjoy starting my day with a workout or a long walk with my dogs. Dancing is one of my favorite ways to workout and I have been lucky to find a format I love called Reb3l Groove. In addition to trying new recipes and spending time with my family and fur babies, I like to give back and donate blood. Being that my blood type is O negative, I try to donate as often as I can to help others in need. I also volunteer as the club moderator for my daughter’s Dog 4-H club and have recently started training our Golden Retriever in dock diving.
What do you find most rewarding at Waltz Creative?
At Waltz, it’s all about teamwork and efficiency. Learning something new everyday comes with its challenges, but there is always someone I can run to for help or advice.
