Tina Ribeiro Benich
Account Manager
“I’ve worked on both sides of the table, and I know what clients actually need: someone who listens, translates, and follows through every single time. That’s the job, and I genuinely love it.”
What is your role at Waltz?
Think of me as the bridge between you and everything Waltz has to offer. As an account manager, I’m your go-to, the person who listens when you have a challenge, translates that into a plan of action, and shepherds it all the way through from the first conversation to the final deliverable. I’m part strategist, part project manager, part problem-solver, and full-time advocate for making sure you get exactly what you need. My job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that you walk away excited about what we created together, knowing it’s strategically sound and set up for success.
Tell us about your history and experience.
With over 20 years in marketing, I’ve worked on both the client and agency side, and it didn’t take long to figure out where I belong. There’s something about a creative environment that I just can’t get enough of. I actually worked at Waltz previously, stepped away to be a full-time mom, and when the time was right, I knew exactly where I wanted to come back to. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing from CSU Sacramento and have had the privilege of working across medtech, agriculture, CPG, SaaS and local nonprofits, managing everything from print, packaging and ad campaigns to media plans, websites and trade shows.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
My world outside of work revolves around my family and soccer, and in our house, those two things are pretty much the same. I have triplets who play competitive soccer, so weekends are spent on the sidelines cheering them on at the top of my lungs, cowbell in hand. We’re Portuguese, which means we’re a big, loud, passionate family, and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s chaotic, it’s fun, and I love every minute of it.
What do you like about working at Waltz Creative?
Coming back to Waltz just felt right. The creativity, the people, the work we produce together, it’s something special. Everyone here rallies around each other, and that kind of team spirit is rare. I genuinely love what I do and the people I do it with, and that makes all the difference.
